R. Raza is an experienced technology project and delivery professional with practical experience across IT project management, Agile delivery, Scrum, service delivery and cross-functional team environments.
His background includes senior IT project, Agile delivery and Scrum responsibilities in the Australian technology sector, together with experience providing Agile and Scrum coaching to IT professionals.
R. Raza brings a practitioner-led approach to professional development. Rather than teaching frameworks as isolated theory, his sessions connect project management, Agile delivery, leadership, stakeholders and organisational change to the situations professionals encounter in real workplaces.
