What microlearning is
Microlearning breaks a subject into small, self-contained pieces, each teaching one thing properly rather than covering everything briefly. Instead of setting aside days for a course, you work through a focused module and come away able to do something you could not do before.
One skill per course
Each course is built around a single capability that is in demand in industry, so progress is easy to see and easy to describe to an employer.
Fits around work
Short modules are designed to be completed between other commitments, rather than requiring time away from the job.
Stackable
Courses sit within categories, so you can take one on its own or work through several to build depth in an area.
Growing catalogue
The platform already holds more than 250 courses, and new ones are being added on an ongoing basis.

How to enrol
Five steps from choosing a course to starting it.
- Review the brochureBrowse the course brochure to see what is available and pick the skill you want to build.
- Open a courseOpen the course you have chosen on the microlearning platform to see what it covers.
- Go and enrolSelect enrol on that course to add it to your account.
- PayComplete payment for the course. The introductory price is A$10 per course.
- StartBegin straight away and work through the course at your own pace.
Price and certification
Every course is A$10 during the introductory period. You pay per course, so you can take a single course to build one skill without committing to a longer program.
On finishing a course you receive a certificate of completion, which you can keep as a record of the skill and share with an employer.
